Every year OSHA publishes the top list of 10 most frequently cited standards so that employers can take steps to find and fix recognized hazards. Citations during OSHA’s fiscal 2021 were down 13% from 2020 and down more than one-third from 2019. For the 11th year in a row, Fall Protection topped the list.
